Jack W. Abel | Partner

Mr. Abel is a seasoned litigator with over 45 years of legal experience. He is recognized by the Supreme Court of Ohio as part of the Committee on Professionalism’s attorney mentoring program and is the former Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Jack has enjoyed success in the Ohio Supreme Court, Ohio District Courts of Appeal, and at all trial levels throughout the State. He is regarded as a fierce and effective negotiator and litigator, and holds the utmost respect of his peers in the Northeast Ohio legal community. As an advocate he works diligently to protect the economic and emotional security of his clients. Jack is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, The Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Lori A. Zocolo | Partner

Ms. Zocolo is an experienced litigator and counselor at law with over 20 years of legal experience and with a primary focus on family law. Known for her unequaled ability to negotiate through the toughest of roadblocks and her especially spirited demeanor in court, Lori is a true stalwart of the Northeast Ohio domestic relations law community. When the going gets rough, there is no one better than her to have in the ring on your behalf, because Lori always takes the time to understand the complexities of each case and is able to develop legal strategies that are on an entirely different level to what less specialized attorneys might come up with.
